Enter the Check-in Date and Number of Nights information at the top of the form, along with any other room preference information.
Scroll down to the "Corporate, Group & IATA Identification (optional)" line, and click the (+) on the left to expand that section.

If that happens, you need to delete the extra guest, and make the reservation. You can then change it to add the person later.
